Zeitplans.com was designed and created by artisans who realized the need to manage resources at membership based cooperatives and guilds. We understand the challenges from both the artists point of view as well as the management team trying to keep things running smoothly. To be able to reserve a kiln or spray booth remotely and at anytime of day is a huge plus. Management being able to account for the usage of each resource and receive accurate payments is a benefit for accounting at year-end which helps keep the organization operational. We realized a number of people where still using pen and paper or a spreadsheet located on a shared drive somewhere. Providing an easy to use system that is available to all your members 24/7 from anywhere was seen as a huge benefit.
