Application Features
These are the present standard features. We are continually developing new functionality to improve your experience using the application. You will be notified when new features are ready and going to be released.
Resource Scheduling
Your members can reserve a resource that is currently available as well as update or delete a reserved resource. There are several different calendar views, including list, weekly, daily, and monthly. Your grasp of what is booked and by whom is made evident in the calendar view.
Resource Waitlist
In the event that a resource is already reserved for the desired time, users can sign up for a waitlist. Those on the queue will be informed if the member cancels their reservation so they can schedule the resource. This keeps your members satisfied and improves the usage of your resources during periods of high demand.
Member Administration
You have complete administrator rights and can create, edit, and remove people as you see fit. Users can update their profiles with information about themselves as well as submit an avatar or a photo of themselves.
Reports
Basic reports on resource usage and member usage are already available, and we regularly create new reports in response to customer feedback.
Internal Chat
We acknowledge that there are numerous communication methods available today, but we have implemented an internal chat system so that, if you are online trying to schedule a resource and you see another team member online as well, you can immediately connect.
Custom Subdomain
You will be required to select a sub-domain name (BPG.Zeitplans.com) when you sign up with Zeitplans, where the BPG could stand for either the name or the organization's initials. This guarantees that your users are on your website and that your data is isolated from that of other Zeitplans.com users.
System Administration
Resources: Add, update and delete. Member accounts: Add, update , delete Class and Meetings Calendar, Access reports and logs
Logs
Having the option to add logs to each resource is available for usage and maintenance. The usage records are helpful for say a kiln firing that involves a number of procedures and times to have a successful firing. The maintenance logs are used to document each resource's maintenance.
